States Are Already Acting — This Bill Would Undo That Progress
Across the country, states have already enacted AI protections to:
- Safeguard children from online exploitation
- Defend against deepfake abuse and likeness theft
- Preserve copyrighted material
- Protect workers from displacement and discrimination
